We collect information you provide directly to us when creating a player account, booking a slot, split-paying with a group, or submitting a venue lead. This includes your name, email, phone number, payment configuration signatures, and location coordinates.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is processed to facilitate venue bookings, verify payments securely with Razorpay, pair you with matches in the Smart Match system, award Player XP, and notify ground managers of active bookings. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Real-Time Tracking & Map
To populate the Real-Time Venue Finder map, we query venue coordinates and display sports ground metadata. Player locations are only processed locally to display nearby arenas and are never shared publicly.
4. Secure Payments & Locking
Payment data is encrypted and handled by third-party processors (Razorpay). Distributed caching servers (Redis/Redlock) lock transaction requests temporarily to prevent double bookings, retaining no credit card metrics on our databases.
