The platform ActionBlaze (website, web applications, and mobile applications) is owned and operated by FARMPLAY TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office located at P NO D-73 Kalidas Marg, Banipark, Jaipur, Rajasthan - 302016, India (CIN: U62099RJ2025PTC104736).

By accessing, browsing, or using ActionBlaze, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Services Offered

ActionBlaze operates as a sports ground discovery, court reservation, player matchmaking, and venue management software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform connecting sports enthusiasts with verified arena and turf operators.

3. Bookings, Slot Allocation & Payments

All slot reservations are confirmed only upon successful real-time payment authorization. Payments are processed securely through RBI-authorized payment aggregators, including Cashfree Payments and recognized payment gateways.

Slots are temporarily held in high-concurrency lock pools during checkout to guarantee atomic reservation and prevent double-booking. Abuse of reservations, malicious bot requests, or fraudulent transactions will result in immediate termination of user access.

4. Partner Venue Regulations

Venue partners listed on ActionBlaze are independent facility operators responsible for maintaining accurate schedules, physical court quality, and safety protocols. FARMPLAY TECH PRIVATE LIMITED charges a transparent software facilitation and platform fee for bookings processed through the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

FARMPLAY TECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any physical injury, property damage, loss of personal items, or scheduling disputes occurring on-site at partner facilities. Disputes concerning physical amenities must be addressed with the venue operator, though our support team will assist in fair mediation.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
