1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our landing web portal or mobile applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Action Blaze provides software as a service linking venue managers and customers.

2. Court Bookings & Smart Matches

All bookings are final when verified via payment callback hooks. Slots are held inside memory lock pools (Redis) during payment signature handshakes to ensure atomic slot allocation. Abuse of booking reservations will result in account suspension.

3. Partner Venue Regulations

Ground owners must maintain accurate timeslots, pricing schedules, and comply with safety codes. Action Blaze retains a SaaS platform fee for checkout facilitation, which is processed asynchronously according to current pricing agreements.

4. Limitation of Liability

Action Blaze is not liable for injury, damages, or cancelled games at partner facilities. Disputes concerning physical field conditions must be resolved directly with the corresponding venue operator.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend player or owner credentials if fraudulent transactions, billing hacks, or terms of conduct violations are identified on our servers.
